(Stormweaver) Max projectiles cold converted fireballs. Cheap, easy, powerful, FUN! (T16+ ready)

I never even knew about prism of belief until now... can we use multiple of these? Though I guess at that point how do you even sustain the mana costs cause it would be so high
What instill are you guys using? I just instilled Heavy Ammunition, but it does not feel as if the firebolts do 40% more damage.

It's limited to 1, so you can't stack them and I also assume you cannot use them for multiple skills. And yeah, you definitely notice the mana drain after getting +3 skills added on.

It would be interesting to science what the mana drain would be on a max level fireball, which I think is level 35 (+7 from staff or wand/focus, +3 from amulet, +3 from jewel, +1 from lucky vaal orb corrupt, +1 from support gem)...

It's only giving you 40% increased damage, which is additive with all your other increases to damage (e.g. +% to spell damage). Won't give you 40% "more" damage unless you literally had zero increases to any of your damage elsewhere.

Personally, I'm using Icebreaker to help deal with Freeze... I find chill/freeze/stun to be the only realistic things that can get me killed in maps.

I have also instilled Icebreaker as I was dying to freeze. Now I don't get frozen. I use a Stun charm so I don't get stunlocked either.

What is the mana cost and level of your fireball, if I may ask? (And is that with five support gems?)

Trying to figure out if I'm going to be able to afford the mana cost of leveling up fireball to level 20 from level 19. (+6 from modifiers). I thiiink it will cost 704 mana per cast when I test +1 to spell level with fire mastery support, but who knows.
Recent patch "Skills socketed in a Meta Gem's sockets can no longer gain energy."

Is this going to affect the ability to one shot boss for "Raychich" builds?

Edit: I dont understand the wording. Is that means when the comets crit/shocks/freeze it wont be able to gain energy to be able to recast again automatically? Therefore we need cast fireball/frostwall again to trigger another batch comet?

I'm not sure if it effects the build as I don't use it yet, but, I assume it means that the skills that Cast On X cast don't gain energy themselves, so if Cast on X Comet was doing enough to trigger Cast on X Comet again, that will no longer be possible.

It also means that Cast on Freeze Icewall won't be making progress towards a second cast on freeze, so this will effect all variants of the build to some degree.
I wonder... do we actually need mana recoup? I feel like if we can free up the slot on the belt for way more mana, or more res, or even ingenuity once one has the currency for it, it would help the build a ton if we can source our mana elsewhere

My fireball is level 28 and costs 834 mana per cast. That's with Wildshards/Acceleration/Arcane Tempo/Scattershot/Overcharge as the supports.
