GGG you had your chance to become something bigger and you blew it fast.

Completely breaking the most iconic interaction in the game just 5 days after the launch. The thing that truly made it stand out of other ARPGs and players had the most fun with.

You're just making it completely like D4. And you gonna get the same fate as D4.

Once the players quit it's not as easy to bring them back. Even if this game will be good after a year or two, nobody will care. Everyone will remember the first impression, which is unreasonable injustice and disrespect in this case.

So....aaa. I`m all ok with nerfs but this nerf to CoF is a nerf Nuke not a normal nerf.
This is dumb , so many of us are stuck now cause we cant respec no gold and we invested all our currency into one char.
It's probably ok for people that played 16 hours a day and have 1 mil gold and are lvl 75+ but for someone like me who played 4-5hrs per day and getting stuck midway A3 cruel is complete dogshit.
Sorry to say but this is quite lame and my options are quite limited now.

1. Play a dogshit build that I've been working since the start.
2. Make another char but what if that gets nerf nuked again in 5 days?

why do you guys buff other skills instead of nerf it. COF and COC are totally unplayable. we come here to play for fun not for pain and suffering.

I just love how overwhelmingly one-sided this thread is, if they don't listen after this, i don't know what would make them.

I was playing Cast on Crit and casting on white mobs no longer generate engery what so ever. I think triggering is completely dead now, and the Monk Invoker ascendancy with it. (Spent 100ex on it earlier today prior to the patch just to have to create a new character because I cannot switch ascendancies either)

Difficult to understand, making modifications in a way that disrupts the player experience, rather than adjusting completely failed sublimation like Blood Mage

So is most of the player base just using a cookie cutter build with no understanding of basic game mechanics or something?

None of you are actually bricked. I guarantee you can progress without changing your talent trees around very much. You may have to alter what skills you're using, but that's a minor thing with the current system.

If you're already a cold build you can use the exact same talents and play cold and clear the entire campaign with no problem. Just stop using CoF until they figure out how they want to tune it. CoF is completely unnecessary for cold builds to work.

The lack of free respecs is complete crap. Complete disrespect for the players' time. We already paid for early access so that you could test the game with our money. Now we have to pay with time? Then add selling gold for money. It's easier for me to pay than to waste time leveling up a new character.
