Literally broke Cast on Freeze. Good job, GGG. Now the build I put a lot of work into is dead and wasn't even given the ability to respec without going broke. **** this.

Good stuff.

Though it seems like the energy changes were too drastic because now most of those builds are dead.

Also please give passive tree respecs.

If you are going to nerf builds into the ground, then just give everyone a free passive reset with every patch. "It is early access after all", right?

More than a 10x nerf on cast on freeze, CoC, and a 5x nerf on the others. Blizzard level of balancing here!

I didn’t start the game today but I have a feeling that the nerf must be REALLY nerfing well

Why are respecs not free, especially in early access? Every single one of us playing Ice Sorc want to respec now.

There are ZERO good reasons to make respecs cost something. If it's just to be a gold sink, it's time to rethink it all. Paying for respecs is more frustrating & annoying than being body blocked + hit recovery locked.

Even if X or Y build wasn't ruined, paying for respecs in a 2024/2025 game is nuts.

Finally, is there any chance that there will be any level of character appearance customization outside of skins? I'm not a fan of the anorexia look.

Before the update the Exile's Pilfering Ring was not in the ring skin section as far as I could tell, however now it is there though showing the usual MTX base graphic and upon clicking on the ring to try and add that as your ring skin the game crashes. I'm hoping it showed up not due to a mistake but due to showing you guys are working on adding the other PoE1 stuff to PoE2 :) I am really looking forward to utilizing all my skill skins and such again.

Gamers act so entitled. You can fix your build without having to do a full respec.

Yeah, I don't know why they killed Cast on Crit. It wasn't meta or overpowered. I had some illusion of build diversity because I was playing CoC Monk while most people were playing Herald of Ice Monk, which was better.

Now my slightly worse off-meta build has been fully killed. I guess we all have to play the singular same Monk build?!
