We need some better targeting options for consoles imo.
There is an option for some of the skills to hold to enter free aim, but it would be nice if just using the right stick could do that automatically. Right stick should break all targeting when using, whether I'm attacking, casting or if I just want to strafe.

" On console? really? i just found the FInger with this shining thing on top, so u can toogle 2 different options. But the red marker is always on one of the Enemys. cant find the free aim. Can u maybe explain? thank you |

With skills like leap smash, i keybound it to (Y) then press and hold it, theres a blue cicle to highlight where you will land but it sucks and doesnt work how it should.

" oh man, i have to try it out tomorrow, how this will work for Monk and the bell. The outo Targetting is off and often, when u place the bell, the Monk decide to redirect backwards with Clacial Cascade ( somewhat range attack ) But i wonder im the deley if holding a button and aim is an option. the enemys got to much action speed atm and run at you like little speed monkeys on drougs. |

I feel like I'm playing elden ring with having to use the claw method to target and use skills. I know this is supposed to be a harder game but damn.... Come on.

yeah that aimbot is terrible sometimes he just doesn't shoot and that's not really twin stick shooting but i can understand some skills would be hard to reach or use if you would always have to use both sticks... just need to fix the issues and the damn INTERACT button that i have to put on skill slot alone cause i can't activate anything if a mob is close...Need some RS LS to bind too id put my roll on the LS have my B roll free for a skill slot.

As workaround i suggest to bind INTERACT with minimap toggle
Personally I binded it to dpad-down |

I'm using a very similar solution. I've set the interaction to R1, and I haven't assigned any other skill to R1, so I can interact at any time. Hopefully this is just a workaround I have to live with until L3/R3 support arrives.

Yea. Also I think if there was option to hide items by default and show them by pressing L3 would be great. + force that when L3 is pressed - default interact button would interact even if attack is assigned to it.
