Is support ignoring me on purpose?

And I've noticed quite a few "forum users" trying to silence people that are struggling with the "support team", they were not here a couple days ago, not even yesterday, suddenly you just have some people show up to "care", guess their support team shifted their priority here.

Email them once and then wait for a reply, each time you email them you put yourself back at the end of the queue.
I keep getting message of "your email failed to deliver", what am I supposed to do? If I don't resend it doesn't even reach them, if I did I got put back to the end of the queue? What a joke.

Personally, I've been here 10 years consistently and I've never dealt with a better support team. I've also been locked out of my account for a month before so I've been thru it just like ya'll are going thru it now.

Be patient, they've never had to deal with this amount of support requests, they'll get to you when it's your turn. Nobody is getting ignored and nobody is trying to silence you.

Response times get longer at the start of new leagues so I'd imagine it's even worse with the release of a new game. Just give them some time ffs.

They are going to ask you a dumb question like "what is your old account's name" which you had in the first line of your ticket, then silence. Happened to me
