Is support ignoring me on purpose?

I have an issue with a locked account, and have emailed them multiple times over the past MONTH. They will reply with a generic "can you confirm for us your username and names of characters?"

I'll reply them with the details, and thats it. No follow up is given, and this happened TWICE, with 2 different customer support agents.

I've been wanting to play POE2 since it's launch, and my old account was locked since 2022, and it's now 2025, and they're unable to help me fix my problem. I'll gladly drop money on the larger packs as I'm a GGG supporter, but their support team is really not helping as of now.

Could anyone shed some light on this issue, and help me out? I'd really appreciate.

Same issue here, asked for details but never got back to me after the fact. Feel like I'm being ignored
Email them once and then wait for a reply, each time you email them you put yourself back at the end of the queue.
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.
I don't think waiting 14 days for a single reply is a sign of good customer support though, even the biggest companies can get back to me faster than that. I guess i'm not even expecting my problem to be solved at this point, but some sort of closure from support would be good. Sigh, a shame really, a locked POE1 account I made years back prevents me from enjoying POE2.
There are a lot of people ahead of you in the queue.
Just a lowly standard player. May RNGesus be with you.
The thing is, they can respond to my email by asking for my username etc, but proceed to ignore me after that. I have a few emails left hanging like that.
They are not ignoring you but there is a historic number of orders and issues to process.

Innocence forgives you
Bump, I am not giving up without a fight. I have been waiting for a month and more, and I wont give up until support ackowledges me and gives me a valid reason, instead of simply ignoring me. Is it wrong of me to want to play a complete sequel linked to the first one? Why did they have to use the same account system...
I like how even the forum staff are ignoring this post lmfao
