Support Email Response Delays

are the people who deal with account unlocks even working today? when are they back?
Contacted originally on the 13 dec regarding the king of faridun pack, purchased on playstation store, but it was credited to my steam sub account, the mtx and cosmetics were given to the steam sub account, when i intended for it to be given to my psn account, but funnily enough the twitch drops were given to my psn account?

Sent several emails over the coming days as i wanted to use my 1000 coins on the stash tab sale, still, radio silence from them

Tried reaching out via messages on the path of exile site, still nothing

Really hope everyone , including myself gets responded to soon as soon as possible.

currently right now i’m not playing if i am unable to access content on the intended account i purchased it on.

Stop trying to resolve shit email by email, it's evident that thia is something that gone wrong on YOUR side GGG, and start restoring our access, u can bet you're ass that everyone that has played more then 2 hours "didn't" revoke payment or anything so many players trying to cheat for a key yeah right, is there anyone there that can make any decisions? Hiring more staff really to do what? Investigate if someone cheated for a key? Total nonsense, this is solely a error on your end...
Well they hyped right now, but let me tell you this, the lack of support will backfire for sure. I will start to inform some YouTube dudes about ggg support issues. You guys can do this as well.

I even reconsider stop playing the game on my ps5. This Company is becoming increasingly unsympathetic with every day I have to wait for a life sign from them.

Contacted support on my main account regarding a hacker who stole my items and is selling them. They locked my account out now and it's "on probation". Funnily enough I identified the hacker and also sent the information to support. They still didn't block that account and he already had enough time to trade them away and transfer the currency to his main account. Funny times. Not going hardcore against hackers is really a bad sign.
Got my refund from bank. Will not touch this game for now. Pure disappointment.
Just a update for my situation. I've posted on this thread a couple times earlier.

Still not resolved. I contacted for my issue back on Dec7th. Heard nothing until Dec 22 and got a email from GG asking for more info which I provided.

As of today, not resolved and no further contacts. I don't even have a tracking number from them . What a Cluster F operation.

So still no points or items from my 100 dollar 'investment' into POE 2 for Playstation .
I'm not playing till the fix their BS. I feel a fool for spending what I did given they have no support. I'd LIKE to play but won't . Missed all the tab sales last week because of this.
my Q: is when will it come out as free.?
Also gonna update here. Got a response after 14 days, just the initial 'the email was received we need more info' response, it's something though. Don't expect it to be fixed too quickly but should help with a time estimate.

I have sent numerous emails but they all seem to have gone unnoticed! Seeing many players waiting for more than 10 days without a reply, I feel very discouraged. These days, I've been neurotically checking my emails, hoping that the official can expand the team responsible for handling email issues and quickly resolve player problems.
