Support Email Response Delays

Played poe2 for 3 days, got kicked from game and access just gone.

No notifications or information about why my access was revoked, no ingame information, no emails, no notification in pathofexile.com, it just says that you don't have access to poe2 and that's it.

Wrote to support at December 19, still got no reply.

As someone who hasn't played poe1, I can only comment on the quality of the support I've received for poe2, which is literally none. I have tried everything I could, different médias, and support simply has been ignoring everything I sent for 2 weeks of which I can't access the game.

So yeah, while I can understand the overload, not having a solution for 2 weeks on something you spent money on is borderline disrespectful.
Kinda upset put my request in on december 9th just heard from them the 19th responded and havent heard anything stil. I answered every question and i know for a fact i qualified for free early access but since for some reason idk if its cause of steam but i have recieved no keys via steam, gmal, or the official site. :/ hope yall get things worked out POE is dope and i cant wait to get to stream poe2.
