Support Email Response Delays
I joined this game in 2016, during that time i had a Hiatus and account locked and all sorts of things. The support team settled my Issue within 2 hours prior my Support Ticket to them.
Today 2024 are totally different stories. I've been locked out since launch day, Ticket Send and end up all bounced back within 48 hour and Yet Funny stuff is they knew their email issue and keep calling us to send email to their support.(are they pretending or act dont know?) Due to their over a million sales and still climbing, i think they have reach a state of ignorance.(many fan boys will still side them) Youtuber will say how good is their game is, but none will tell the dark side stories that we cant log in since day 1. Imo, they shouldnt even launch it all at once rather than batch by batch. Dont go open a shop where ur max limit is 100pax and greediness make you wanna serve 200pax. As a conclusion, im really disappointed with this time Issue i faced and their method of solving my Issue. |

I'm really frustrated with how early access is being handled with cross-play. I purchased the game for over $100 on PS5, but I can’t find any instructions or options to download it on my PC. Even if I buy the base access again, how can I be sure everything will link and transfer properly?
I wish I had just downloaded it on PC from the start—it would’ve saved a lot of trouble. |

I'm just getting a Gmail server error saying that the recipient is receiving too many e-mails and that they can't receive anymore lol.

We are getting the same thing. So frustrating they asked for proof of our purchase and we havent heard back in about 5 days now and cant even follow up. We cant login to play after pre purchasing.
