Support Email Response Delays

GGG support is fantastic. For last 4 years all my tickets was answered in less than 4 hours.

If you don't skip math at your school, you must know how proportions work, the amount of the players that join to PoE2 EA was unexpected, and GGG told us so.

The amount of tickets they've go literally multiplied at least x20-50. That means that for the the same quality of customer support they need to create a bigger team and it is impossible to make it fast. Just be patient as most of us do. Let them do their job, there is no such company in the gaming industry that deserves a trust credit more than GGG.


not reponding to support tickets for 18 DAYS is unheard of.stop defending GGG like theyre a small indie company.

im starting to think you guys are getting paid for this LMFAO

I'm on day 10 of trying to get a response. I received 1 email requesting information and I provided it back to them within 1 hour, haven't heard a peep from them since. This was all before launch too. It's getting a bit ridiculous.

According to your reasoning, they should now take at most 8 days to answer (if before it took less than 4 hours and now they have a x50 at most, it should take 200 hours), but there are people who have been waiting for several weeks. The worst thing is that there is not even an email confirmation that they have received the ticket, which is something that can be automated. With the support they have, it is impossible to even know if they have received the email
their email service is kinda whacko! I'm expecting a solution not a cheap reply. They could not even fix their mail server.

Yea, it's been 13days since I responded to answer their questions and haven't heard a single word back. This is beyond crazy that it takes 13+ days to unlink a steam account, something we should be able to do ourselves or at the very least train someone that already works there how to do simple stuff like unlink steam accounts and fix email addresses and have them work through the queue taking care of the simple stuff so the fully trained support staff can deal with the issues that aren't simple to fix.

The only other time I had to deal with support was when I got banned at level 30-40 or so on my 1st character supposedly for harrassing language even tho I had never once said a single word in chat to anyone at all. That took them 6 weeks to fix so I don't see how people claim their support is so good since all of my experiences are horrible and makes it seem like to me they only have 1 support person to cover everything.

they got 1 support per shift?
Need my old steam unlinked from my poe account... havent been able to play at all..

I sent an email last Friday and no response yet =/
