Support Email Response Delays

I'm on day 10 of trying to get a response. I received 1 email requesting information and I provided it back to them within 1 hour, haven't heard a peep from them since. This was all before launch too. It's getting a bit ridiculous.

their email service is kinda whacko! I'm expecting a solution not a cheap reply. They could not even fix their mail server.

Yea, it's been 13days since I responded to answer their questions and haven't heard a single word back. This is beyond crazy that it takes 13+ days to unlink a steam account, something we should be able to do ourselves or at the very least train someone that already works there how to do simple stuff like unlink steam accounts and fix email addresses and have them work through the queue taking care of the simple stuff so the fully trained support staff can deal with the issues that aren't simple to fix.
The only other time I had to deal with support was when I got banned at level 30-40 or so on my 1st character supposedly for harrassing language even tho I had never once said a single word in chat to anyone at all. That took them 6 weeks to fix so I don't see how people claim their support is so good since all of my experiences are horrible and makes it seem like to me they only have 1 support person to cover everything.
