GGG stop watching YT&Twitch and let people who pay the EA play!

5 days waiting for an answer from GGG to just unlink a Steam account, like many others like me.

But still no response, no communication from GGG's team except asking us to send email to the support who doesn't work. Meanwhile, the team is actively working on balancing the game because a streamer found something OP...

Can non-streamers/influencers also get some attention and support to at least have access to the game?
Can you prioritize people who can't even play at all even if they paid for it?

I understand you're busy and probably understaffed, but still what a terrible way to handle things. That's really disappointing.

*** I'm glad I bought a pack and took a week's vacation for this EA release to watch other people having fun while I'm just being ghosted, thanks GGG. *** <-- irony

I feel like they are sabotaging their own email servers just so they can delay refunds.
I think some staff just want to reply to say they replied. It's just good for their working stats... Doesn't care if the reply is accurate or even at least a bit helpful as long as they can show in their stats that they reply to X amount of posts...

Also if you want a refund you can still do it using Steam/Epic or whatever. And if you bought the EA on POE.com you can play using the standalone.
There are a lot of issues and requests but actually, many of them are from players who can still at least play somehow until the mess is gone and things are back to normal.. While some other people can't play at all.

I've been waiting for over 14 days, and to avoid being banned here I'll avoid vulgarities. But this is the WORST support system I've ever seen, no actual company treats paying customers like this.

They finally make an official communication/announcement about that. So we can only hope now things will start to get better.

I just hope they will at least prioritize people who paid and can't play at all.
