Update : i got unbanned. This is my main account.

Yesterday in Labyrinth I hit level 40.
As soon as I saw the effect and heard the sound for leveling up, I got the message "Your account has been banned by an administrator.".
I've this account since 2012 and a Supporter Edition, but I never played beyond Act 1, somehow never got info the game.
Now I wanted to play through the game, then look into PoE2. I deleted all old characters and made a new one in current League. I disabled the global chat and never wrote anything in the chat or traded with anyone.
This simply can't be right.

EDIT: I sent an email to support yesterday. On my account page, I don't see that I'm banned, and I don't see a button or link to appeal the ban. I still can't login in game with the same message that I was banned by an administrator.
EDIT2: Not sure if the Thread is about PoE2 or 1, I personally was banned in PoE1.

Just got the same message, was on act 3, the game crashed and now my account is banned.
