Bug/ban in act 3 for no reason
This is taking too long for something that is a mistake on your part.
Im a paying cusomer who can access the service i paid for for no particular reason. Please make it right GGG, its getting maddening at this point. |

Why dont you just lift the ban? its been 3 days ! this is getting ridiculous.

People are getting unbanned in 3 hours... why i'm having to wait 48 hours to get things done? 2 days its half of my vacations btw, that i took just to enjoy the game, do something please.

What can i say or do to make you (GGG's support) react or realize how damaging this is ?
