As the title says and the same as a lot of people, i got banned when i was in act 3 doing Trials of chaos. I created this account so i can post here since support mail seems not to work rn, and i already appealed for this horrifying bug/ban.

In order to appeal a ban that has been placed on your account, you will need to log into that account on the Path of Exile website and go to your account profile. On that page there will be an option to appeal your ban, in the sidebar on the right side of the page.
Please submit your ban appeal on the website and it will be reviewed by a senior member of staff as soon as possible. Once an appeal has been processed, it is not possible to appeal a second time, and we are not able to process any ban appeals made via our Support team.
We offer our sincere apologies for the delay, we are currently experiencing high volumes of support requests. Rest assured we will look into your ticket as soon as possible.

I was told to send an email for my Ban and on my account page the ban reason said to contact customer support. i submitted a ban appeal sunday and am now sending a email to customers support seemingly full email box. has there been any update regarding this bug people are getting banned for no reason and every day more and more forum posts are appearing.

Like i said i already did that 48 hours ago or so, but didnt hear from your or nothing. so i'm posting here.
