Here's your bump....Game is amazing and I love every bit of it.... I just hope they nerf more stuff to make it more challanging tho. :)

Imagine having such a blast in the game that instead of playing it you hang around the forums all day telling people that the game is too easy for you.

Yeah, if endgame will be more like campaign then it will be really awesome. And it probably will.
figured i'd add my 2 cents. PoE2 has alot of positives for me, i enjoy the loot, the end-game grind, classes and build potential however, the reason myself and many others are no longer playing, even other classes is the tedious campaign.

I have managed to clear the campaign, Act 1 - 3 + Act 1 - 3 Cruel with a Merc using the nade build, i knew what i was doing 2nd time around and wanted a Gemlin in addition to my Witch Doctor and i can say for sure this element is tedious "af".

I, along with many others would feel a more D4 approach to the campaign would work and retain player base much longer once the season launches. Perhaps move the T15 difficulty to T20 and bring in 5 new tiers for lvl 1-10 (t1), 11-20 (t2), 21-30 (t3), 31-40 (t4), 41-50 (t5) and then T6 which is essentially the old T1 as we know it in its current form.

This gives players that have already completed the campaign the option to dive straight into maps with "loot proportional maps" and not waste away 8 hours (arguably alot more with some classes/builds) on a campaign that after the first 2 or 3 runs, is tedious and very dry.

I apprecaite this game is about the grind, and it can still be just that... let us just grind some more meaninful content and sort the melee classes out as even now, with the nerfs/fixed, ascendency is an absolute DOG in Sekhat. (and yes, i have capped honor/res etc etc). Being punished for being a low-hp character whilse a hp/mana/shield stacked build can have exponentially more Honor is simply put, a broken mechanic. Scale honor to level perhaps?
Wow ... I think I actually agree. I've stopped playing EA for at least 2 days already I think - and gone back to Netflix to rewatch Big Bang Theory.

But in all fairness, I think we have to give the game time to grow. PoE 1 was initially pretty unplayable for me when it was a 4 (or 5?)-act game that ended with Malachi. Then over time, it became better and better, and I stopped D3 and switched entirely over to PoE 1.
I want to love this game. I really do. But I actually hate it. Everything I loved about poe 1 is gone and replaced by dark souls type nonsense. They would have been better off calling it something other than path of exile 2, because it BARELY resembles path of exile.

I don't think the dodge roll really adds much to the game. It is somewhat convenient, but since they also made skills cancel-able and more likely to be interrupted I find that really frustrating because when I use a skill I expect it to go off, not have to attempt to use a skill then cancel or get interrupted eat the mana cost and do no damage, it sucks.

I think a better solution would have been to keep the movement skills and make it so you can have one move skill that doesn't take up a skill slot and you use the spacebar to use it.

and maybe get rid of the cancel-able skills cause I think one of the reasons they made the skills unbearably slow to use is that they made them cancel-able.. its just not fun and doesn't feel good to play when the enemies and bosses are sooo much faster than the player. Like why does a skill take 2 seconds to use and bosses can do multi-hit skills that hit you 10 times in that amount of time and bosses have practically no cooldown and fast cast times in their rotations.

For me however I still think POE2 is too similar to POE1 as they kept (worse versions of) alot of the things I did not like about POE1...

I think i could complete my asc. in labs always. Yes, from time to time i underestimated uber dps on the last lab. I would rather favour sanctum and ultimatum as a gamemode and keep labs as a way to progress.. i could get hit there and take my time.

I could however in poe2 complete it in ssf hc but tried it out in addition with a melee char and found it slightly more difficult. Why was sanctum chosen for that blueprint if the game mode was always slightly (you have to build around it) tricky for close combat.. you can beat that though.. but i enjoyed labs more.

Accessability was also better..

I can agree with most of these points.
What i dont care for is the movement speed and phasing.
I also dont think the game is hard aside from maybe the trials which just suck to do in general.
In all fairness my highest cleared maps so far are only t12s but higher tiers are mostly just more tanky enemies that deal more dmg. I havent really seen an increase in good drops which does bother me but might also just be my own awful luck.
Options exist but are far lesser than in one. I hear that these are already too plenty.. my suggestion is to carve out the ruthless mode and establish also a sepatate gamemode closer to poe1 - classic ( old passive tree, mechanics, scarabs, preferably everything).

Currently due to luck, or missing ability to trade.. you either play with gaps, grind it out (very possible - but with little influence besides mf or disheartening exalt spam on gamble bases), or hope for a lucky vendor buyout..
There were just more appealing and intelligent options in poe1 to fix gaps.. i understand that alot of ruthless players liked to stay 94 and only few approach ubers and i recognize the challenge.. they may have easily exceeded that level. Thus i favour more crafting and a separate ruthless mode which was obviously forgotten, with vendor recipes but without shield charge (movement abilities) and mf, reduced drop chance like in early poe2.

But the leagues have a time span.. and you should be capable to close out content and challenges (100) before end or enjoy in a separate mode ruthless.
This is just a slight tip of the iceberg. Thus:

Can poe1 enjoyers enjoy poe1 as a mode in 2?

Preach. All my exact issues with this game. I love this style of game but if it stays like this I will go play other games that are less tedious and frustrating.
