Addressing your Early Access Post-launch Feedback

The gold coin I bought officially disappeared, and the game told me that I was not qualified for the test.
First of all, I logged into the steam account to make payment (76561197494856).
After downloading the game, I was told that I needed to log in by email, so I went to register an email account. After that, I used a steam-bound email account (I told the existing account that I submitted the modification), and now the official 300 gold coins disappeared, and I was prompted that I was not qualified for the test.

I used KARMA for payment (using steam's account), and I don't know if my gold coins are missing due to regional restrictions.

At present, the two known accounts are not eligible for gold coins (小阿兹#5286, 小阿兹#7986).

I need to get back my account gold coins and pass the test. Please reply as soon as possible!

We need better drops, I mean more/better items, Act 3 is so long and boring, bring it more in line with act 1. Act 1 has excellent length, no too short not too long. Melee is still falling behind caster builds, I know that one specific melee skill was so OP that was one shooting bosses, but it was a specific skill, it's not the real state of majority of the melee skills. In general maps are too big.

Also personally I got the EA key and I'm playing, but the 300 points that are supposed to come with the key aren't delivered. Already created a support ticket but one week later still no response. I understand that GGG may be overflowed with support tickets, but still we need the support to work.

Still an EA so there is time and space for a lot of improvements.
What about the technical issues? This is no trivial matter. Before focusing on aspects like loot balance or nerfing certain classes, ensuring the game is properly optimized should be the top priority. Without a stable and reliable foundation, gameplay adjustments become meaningless.
offerings are bugged ? i have to stand really close to them even tho i have an 11m area of effect range hmm.
i have to say, overall, this is the most interesting experience i have had with a game. I think i hate everything. I hate how all the loot is completely useless. I hate how killing anything provides you with literally no reward. i hate how i have to port back to town to just identify useless items and then sell them or DE them and then put the materials in my stash for no reason. I hate how i have to kite every single white enemy in the game. i hate how slow everything is.

The bosses are fun in the way that you can skillfully learn how they work to kill them if they are giving you trouble.

and with all that said i am stil playing. its... weird. i am not sure why i am playing but i am, because its found some way to make everything so terrible yet so.. ok... at the same time.

promotes build diversity and not stacking the same supports on various skills
Sick nasty taste

Love seeing these kinds of changes keep up the awesome work much love
Love the game overall, but I do wish there were alternative ways to get Ascension points. The first 4 are manageable and fine, but the last 4 are quite a big jump up. Other than that and a few bugs here and there, pretty awesome game.
Pretty awesome launch, sure there were a couple hours of straight launch issues, a day or two of account syncing/rewards issues, but as far as I'm concerned, this has been stellar. Closing in to 100 hours on steam, of those probably 90 played, I've not had a single crash, game runs fluidly at max settings/100 fps on my 5700x/3080, can't find anything to complain about (strongly CPU-bound, grumble grumble)

I'll try to skip simping for the game and just mention my pet peeves so far/slight suggestions:

- Map numpad + and - are way too sensitive, maybe provide a slider in options along with the other 3 map-related sliders - also, on topic of the sliders, having a color selection for the outline color would be really awesome

- Cursor sizes: Right now, the small, normal, large settings are actually small, normal, huge. It'd be really great if the current large cursor was renamed huge or something and an intermediate large added. Also, in terms of visual accessibility I think it'd be really great if the optional healt4h bars on self were the top element above all else. Could the cursor slip under it rather than obscure it?

- Final pet peeve I feel limits me from trying crazy build ideas - could there be optional unified strike/raise shield bindings? If I have a shield on each set and swap, I don't want to have the block swap me out of the set when the one I swapped to already has a shield, I'm not going to rebind skills and I don't want to keep two (4) set-specific keybinds for block (and strike), but I definitely see some people/builds wanting that as an option.
Could there simply be an option that the keybind does not swap sets if the action is also provided by the current set?
Otherwise, maybe each set could simply (option in menu) have an independent 13-skillbind bar?

Final thing: I'm broke, but I splurged on first week to set up my stash while supporting you guys. It feels bad that you launch a launch sale 1 week in that you didn't have at launch. Will we get those points refunded? I could have bought 2 more specialized tabs if I'd waited two days, again as a poor, this sucks and kills my enthusiasm to send money your way
