Linking account created new sub-account with none of my purchases

I really wanted the twitch drops, but after linking account, a new "sub-account" was created. That sub account has none of my characters or purchases, the only thing it has is the twitch drops.

How do I fix this? This is really frustrating. I don't want 2 sub accounts and I want all my cosmetics and purchases on the same account. Please help.

Same here, I don’t see the items from the bundle I bought and do not have the coins to spend in the shop.

I picked up a supporter pack on PS5 and have the same issue, the supporter pack items and gold are on a separate sub account to my main PoE account.

Im pretty sure i read somewhere that you have to buy the packs on the Sony Account to be able to use it. You can only use your bought packs on xbox ond PC, not Sony

While true, the issue becomes it creates a NEW account and you have to swap accounts to play on PC with your PS5 character. You also have to re-buy everything on PC (even prior purchases) because your new char will be linked to the PS5 account and when you log into the character (even on PC) it counts as a new account and you can't use prior PC purchases (Even while playing your character on PC)

Same issue with me with the sub account and no access to pc mtx when switching platforms.

You can switch your sub-account with R3 on caractère screen.

The system is not really good and clear because you cant choice the sub account when you buy a pack. For exemple my purchase was added to my sub account PC... and i cant play with my ps4 staff.

If you switch sub account you lose your character. So if I have a level 40 sorc on PS5 and I want to jump onto my PC to play I have to play on that ps5 sub account to access my level 40 sorc. If I switch to sub account to PC I have to start a new character.

It is impossible to have mtx on multiple accounts. Not talking about sharing MTX. You can not purchase mtx on ps5 store and then go buy the same mtx on PC. If you buy mtx on your ps5 account while on pc it goes to the pc account only even though you didn't buy it on the pc account.

This is the most screwed up thing I ever experienced in video games in 30 years. It's a complete mess and disaster.

Would of been better off just having PoE 2 being a sperate game and nothing carrying over. Because I check my MTX from PoE and thousands of $ of mtx says can't be used in PoE 2. The only MTX that is useable is stuff I bought last league.

Same here! I'm having similar issues, but WORSE! My character is GONE after linking my PS account. Just contacted support, so will get back with results (hopefully soon....)
