Sorry but i think 20 Days is enough - and its not like we see any improvement of the service that would indicate it getting better - they still do copy paste replys and use non-formated emails for support for a game with hundreds of thousands of players ...

I must also recommend not submitting a chargeback as this may result in your account being restricted.


When will that be - its been 23 Days now without even a real response?

Same issue coin on wrong account since launch no fix, if GGG does not fix this they will get sued.

Day 36 - i would reccomend everyone thinking about buying the game to not buy from this company.

While the game is great the support is at a completely unacceptable level.

Day 45

Finally got a response after sending some additional mails. Had to send additional data since i used some of the coins in the meanwhile since the main purpose was to get some of the discounted items with the coins.


So after listing up every purchase etc. (transaction IDs and mtx purchases) - every discounted purchase was undone and the packs and full coins where transfered telling me that i can repurchse the mtx.



Honestly - this seriously is frustrating and at some point i wonder if im beeing made fun off.

So instead of getting compensation i actually got the opposite and now wrote them again hoping they can finally at least end this without me having a disadvantage and not having wasted a month looking for discounts ...


So i wrote them again and seriously hope that this will get resolved soon ...


Honestly why even ask me all that data if it just gets transfered rather randomly - and cant they just see the linked accounts and their contents anyways? In my case both are even on the same e-mail.
...
Please fix it ...

If you wait longer it will be chaos again if i use any currency ...


All of this could have been solved in 5 minutes 46 days ago.



And no obviously i cant just repurchase things when i got them at a discount - it also is a rather bad solution in general since that would mean everything i did in that regard in the last 45 days was pointless - and that doesnt even include all the extra work to get support ...
