CTRL + CLICK to put waystone items to reforging bench for 3 to 1 makes the item disappear

Bug Report: PS5 the character keeps moving to the side without me touching the analog stick to move the character.

if you roll into the shield men while they are collapsing you get stuck in the wall and are unkillable softlocking the game |

Strong box is not spawning any mobs. I assume due to the placement of the strongbox. This is the mire map. Bug Report ID: #442368727

trial of chaos does not always spawn the alter stones during that challenge. Causes you to be stuck in the instance and bricks the event. You have to log out and wait for the instance to close for you to be able to leave.

I wrote earlier: "Every time I try to enter the Burial Bog map, my game crashes. I’m playing on the highest settings, but it crashes even if I lower them. It's just this one map that doesn't work—no matter where it is on my atlas, I can't enter it. All the other maps work fine.
" but now I tried to get the 3rd ascendancy in trial of chaos, but it crashed again, when I tried to tp there. Now every time i try to log on my character it instantly crashes, so I can't even play now... My character is stuck. |
