[POE 2] Bugs

Bugs I experience a lot in last two days. I got DC to login screen while mapping and when I login back, portals are gone. Map shows "attempted" I lost also modifiers.

Quite disturbing, happening every 3-4 map....

Act 3 bug for Temple of Chaos, where when finding the temple of chaos before killing the xyclucian, the chimera means that the Inscribed Ultimatum can never drop from this boss. Making it impossible to do the trials of chaos unless you get an ultimatum trial randomly from encounters, or do it as a party. A suggestion would be to place this boss right in front of the temple of chaos entrance, therefore avoiding this issue in the future?

2024/12/13:

Sekhama scorpion boss got stuck behind the exist door and you are unable to attack or kill it.

"Primed for Stun" no longer works as intended in both MP and SP. Pops up maybe 20% of the time and never at the intended 40% mark on normal mobs.

Have an issue when soldiers make step forward. Couldn't leave this area

ACT 3 - After travelling through time my character bugged out in Utzaal and I am stuck on a loading screen forever. Can log into all other characters fine. Tried closing and opening the game multiple times, never loads in.

Just started getting massive latency spikes. Never had any latency issues previously (52 hours played) - even earlier today it was fine. Now getting constant fluctuations between 35ms and 5,000ms. I have been able to mitigate the issue sometimes, by creating new instances of zones; however, I can't do that in towns (no option), and I'm concerned about it happening in maps when I get there.

Got killed in HC ACT2 Boss while respawning to checkpoint. In other words the wind made damage after I clicked respawn.

Augury map generated with only 3 tunnels to the middle zone and only three levers to open the doors, cant complete map because rare monsters in middle zone aren't accessible

I just lost 3 waystones while using the reforging bench. I moved the waystones with Ctrl + Left Mouse Button, but they didn’t appear on the bench, and the reforge button didn’t work. I tried adding another waystone, but nothing happened it didn’t move to the bench. I logged out to the character selection screen and returned, hoping it was just a visual bug, but the waystones were still missing. After coming back, I was able to use the reforging bench, but the waystones are nowhere to be found.
