[POE 2] Bugs

When I was in the city in Act 3, my monitor was blinking

When I opened the map during the endgame, game disconnect , and I couldn’t access a new map

I can't continue playing

merc ammo swapping just sometimes doesn't work

I ran into this map where it looks like the map layout bugged out.
The other area of the map has been blocked off by terrain.

cant leave the arena after killing the boss

PS5 Safezone/Screen size needs a rework or ability to change ourselves, tried changing settings on tv and all available console and path settings but to no avail.

Screen bounds on all sides of tv cut off important information on bottom and sides of screen in menus I.E skill tree, micro transaction and the likes, can't see any skill prompts, skill point info ect.

Bugged map generation. i couldn't progress to most of the map as the path was blocked by terrain. I respaced so that i can equip blink to complete the map.

I'm playing Spark sorc, boss from side quest on act3 vault after first faze went to lava and his mechanics stoped working, he just go to nie, idk its was cus of shock or What.

Another bug, after campain i tried 2 times 3rd trial for ancendacy, 2 times lost honoru and my game semi-crash, i mean i didnt had button to leave trial and needed hard restart game, playing on xss.

Killed the Final Boss of Act 1: Cruel with a Cull on Lightning Warp.
The Cutscene with The Hooded One played, but both models were not loaded.
I heard the voices and loot dropped after a few seconds, but it was weird that both models despawned

killed act 3 cruel Bog Witch 5 times already but never gotten the +40 Spirit reward
