Aim Assist is on by default for keyboard and mouse, no way to turn it off

Its very apparent with cold shotgun or incinerate where it feels like its missing the mob right in front of me 90% of the time. Both spells feel normal when i aim into an empty space behind the mob at a 25° angle to the top right. | |
