Same issue here. Also can't find anyone in game when I try to whisper them. Says they are online on here but then it says they don't exist when I try to whisper.

can we get a response GGG? im playing on Steam..is that the issue? if so, this is a huge problem as q large number of your player base who paid 30$ arent able tp trade?

Why have a technical forum if the devs won't even answer this question??? There's actually major reddit threads about this issue. 1000s of players are having this problem.
