POE2 Trade Unable to use this Feature Error

I've tried logging in both Steam and Direct Client to use the trade shop https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2/search/poe2/Standard but I keep getting an error message that says "Invalid query; Your account in unable to use this feature." I've also made sure my in-game ID matches the trade ID in the top left corner. Any suggestions?
