No Mighty Silverfist Passive Skill Drop (Act 3, Cruel)

Experiencing same bug. Just killed Mighty Silverfist. Icon has now stopped flashing but didn't give me the swap passive points.

Seems an ongoing issue but not getting any Dev attention?

EDIT:
Just realised, the icon isn't actually highlighted despite just killing him.

Same issue...

Killed SilverFist and didn't drop the passives.
He also still shows up as not killed on my map.

Might be helpful info for devsd:
- This is a new character from ranger to which
- I am on the first play through - not cruel
- I am 1 lvl higher than the map (Me=35, map=34)
- Current quest: "Legacy of the Vaal" - Travel to infested barrens.
- Icon on map does not blink after kill on map - just stays lit up.
- Went straight to infested barens through the jungle ruins to get the waypoint, then came back to kill silverfist - no drop. Then I went back to the waypoint to reset the instance and fought him again - no drop.

Additionally... the Orok Campfire boss Is also still lit up after killing them.
When I pulled up the map just now Rootridge blinked and faded as defeated. Yet I have viewed the map multiple times since then. Just wanted to add that incase it helps.

Edit: opened steam - there was a quick download? - opened POE2 and the skill point item was added to my inventory. If this was a coincidence - cool! or if someone did this - Thank you!

visual display of the quest progress is wrong. It displays an incompleted state while i already did it and have the points. very misleading. seems to affect entire act3 cruel...
