this is how i found mine.
act3 cruel mightsilver back quest msg is bugged it won't show we done the silverquest and got the pts alrdy. where i found mine is I didnt stab the heart of act3, go to aggorat check the final platform make sure both act3 the heart is stabbed for 2 pts. |

" i got 2 quests bugged, monkey and cruel hearth. its is stabbed on the altair but no points given, and monkey not dropping book.. and this is only 2 quests that does not show grants 2 passives all other 10 quests are completed and in passive skill three its 20/24 oh well.. ign : GraveyardPrincess

This happened to me as well. Didn't realize I was even suppose to get the book until I looked at the overworld description of the quest.

Yeah having the same problem but for me its shown that I've killed it but it didn't drop the skill book whereas in act3 it shows it did.

Same here. Silverfist in Act 3 Cruel is not greyed out even though I have killed him multiple times. The only skill point book I am missing.
