PoE2 Monk Ascendancy Node 'Consuming Questions' not regenerating shields

I put 50 hours in building towards this, getting uniques needed, and that evil second ascendancy, and as soon as I get it

Had to respec because the build is so bad and unusable, but need to farm gold to even do that

Leech works for me. I have a total of 150% increased amount mana leeched from the passive nodes then roughly 5% physical damage to mana from weapon and 2% leech from socket.
My problem is that flurry(your fast hitting skill) converts 60% of your phys dmage to lightning. Ice strike 80% of phys damage to cold dmg. This only leaves you with a small amount of physical damage to leech on. Again physical damage, this wont work for elemental damage quarterstaff. Tried just hitting with a regular attack and gives the largest leech however due to slow attack speed. The most effective skill that i can leech on the most is the bell. My ES can get full in just a few hits even using flurry Next prob is there's only a handful of skills that is phys damage available to monk. BUGGED HURRY UP AND FIX.

1. Picked chayula monk
2. Later found out that there's no interaction between ascendancy passive nodes and monk skills 3. Decided to invest everything for this node 4. Spent hours doing that sekhemas thing for which my experience can only be described by the word adfasjhkdlfghaslkjdhf 5. Find out that it doesn't work. Sometimes I get at most 10-20 energy shield back after killing an entire pack. At its current state, this node (and to an extend chayula ascendancy itself) is completely useless. |
