300 points from supporter pack not useable anywhere

Yo; got 300 points from supporterpack - well; at least it says so when i log in to my PoE account - reality is i cant purchase anything with them on website and also cant purchase anything with them from PoE2 ingame store; there it doesnt even list my 300 points.

Opened a support ticket but got no response. Would somebody of GGG be so kind to look into that in my account so that i can actually use my 300 points ?

I have the same issue.

Bought the supporter pack for 30$. Got the key for Epic and for Steam as well.

In the website its shows I have 300 points, but when I try to buy something in the game, it shows I have 0.
Yeh keys for steam and epic i got aswell and both worked - however i would still like to get my 300 points useable because playing PoE without additional stash tabs is not the real deal. ^^

Hey guys, I have the same issue but with over 3k points so I know the feeling ;D Did you by any chance connect the account with Sony? If so, I think there is an issue when the shop service instead of trying to use Account Points, tries to use Sony points. Have you tried buying MTX using in-game store?
I'm also waiting for additional 1600 points from the King of the Faridun and the Lord of OGham Supporter Packs. Also didn't receive the MTX or the additional Keys.

Wanted to give those keys to some people that can't afford the early access.

Also only 16 Hours left of the Sale in which the Despair armour pack and despair wings are discounted. I bought the coins for that set. No response from support.

Yeh its connected to Sony / MS / Twitch - basically to everyhere. Of course i did try buying MTX via ingame store but there it shows i have 0 points and redireccts to "purchase points".

On the PoE website it says i have the 300 points; however when i try to purchase something via website it redirects me to the "purchase points" site and completely ignores that i already got the 300 points.

We all here in this thread definately need help of the support - this is some issue that is not to be correctable usersided.

Thing is, support isn't even getting the Mails. The mails don't make it into their inbox.

tried to send a mail twice to support@grindinggear.com , both times the mail couldn't be delivered. I've sent a direct message to the suport aswell via pm.

also no reaction.


I'd really love to get some response now, paying 150€ and then sitting there, wondering if and when you will get what you paid for is a weird feeling, even if I trust GGG.

I also had the bug with 0 currency in in-game shop, but I managed to fix it by logging out to character selection screen, logging in and waiting a minute after I logged in. Managed to buy some of the stashes :)

Definitely it is bugged, but apart from writing to support and awaiting their response not much we can do. I know they know about the issue and are investigating.
