Defeated Boss of Trials of Sekhema, Portalled Out, Can't Get Back In to Ascend

I've run into a pretty nasty bug and wanted to report it and warn others not to make the mistake I did.

After defeating the boss of the Trial of the Sekhemas for the first time, my inventory was too full to pick up the loot it dropped. I town portalled out to clear my inventory before interacting with the alter of ascendancy. After finishing up in town, my portal could not be interacted with at all. It does nothing. Additionally, using waypoints to return the the Trial puts me back in the beginning of the area with all doors closed, and, most noticeably **no coin to start the trials again.** It appears that I am completely unable to progress this in any way and may be permanently locked out of Ascendancy on my character. This is a huge bummer. Hoping there may be a way to resolve this situation.

same bug almost. I did the trial and died on the boss and now i cant do nothing. i can only try to fight the boss again then my game perma crash each time saying there is a problem of sync server.

Fix this fast please it is really annoying to not be able to get the ascend

Sounds like we're experiencing different bugs, but they unfortunately leave us in the same place: Totally locked out of Ascendancy. I really don't want my character to be bricked. Hope they can fix these problems.

Got alomst the same.
Killed the boss, went into the next room where you use the keys.

Because of full inventory I ported out and now I'm stuck as you.
Portal is not usable, no coin to start a new trial.

Sorry to hear that it got you, too. Definitely seems to confirm that using the portal after killing the boss but before the trial counts as fully completed just breaks the whole thing. Fingers crossed GGG can do something to help us out.

It is absolutely a bug that the portal exists but can't be used, the quest cannot be completed, the trials cannot be reattempted, and the character is *permanently* locked out of ascension. What a silly thing to say.

Ive just had the same bug, however there is a "fix" if you go back to the beginning you can talk to the advisor and ask to start the trials again. She'll give you a new coin.

same thing happened to me. I ran the trial for a second time completed it, had an excess of keys and items, portaled out then the portal became unusable now im locked out.

same... you can do the trial again.. so annyoing
