Account locked Help

Support needed. Same issue as everyone. On game start up, try to 'login' and they I just don't have access.

I need support as well. I emailed support with screenshot proof of my early access key. Getting "You don't have access" error.


*UPDATE*

I was able to log in a bit ago. For some reason, I had to reconnect my Steam account. I hope that helps others get access, but it seems there's a larger issue at hand.

Are you though? support@grindinggear.com isn't even receiving emails, I get "Temporary System Problem. Try again later." from gmail. it's been 24 hours since my email was sent. Most of us just need to unlink our steam accounts, why is there no option to do this?
I payed 100$ to play in early access, why would you sell so many early accesses if you can't manage it properly? Now I can't play, my time is wasted, and I will just loose the value that I purchased due to bad management of the situation, how will I be compensated from this lack of service?

Also to piggy back off last reply I have been waiting over a day as well. We need some kind of action some of us spent 100$ to play and cant.

I paid $160 plus the t-shirt which I doubt will arrive. I'm waiting for them to respond and it is 2 days now. Feels like I got scammed! Gotta love GGG!
