Sisters of Garukhan did not reward +10% lightning res after defeting them.

Same here, no +10 on my Merc.
Sure glad the devs found the time to nerf my build but not fix essential story quests like this. Fun stuff. | |

you probably get it automatically , every act removes - 10% resistance . teleport back to act 1 and check your lightning res (also can check ice too )
