twitch drops on other account

Nah, only getting the "Delivery Incomplete"
The response was:
Receive rate too high
Same issue, drop locked to different account and cant claim in PS5
I'm having the same issue, got the coins but not the rewards from the twitch drops. Would greatly appreciate some help from support on this one.
any clue how to claim the twitch drop if i claimed before i link twitch account to steam?

Support isnt exist. Never answer ticket from saturday evening...
Its pathetic.

Premium stashes, cosmetics, premium gold from poe1 in second account.
EA poe2 with gold and twitch drops in first account.
Everything registered in one account in same email. Both on PC
Where i can play to take everything? Really hire more poeples or refund everything.
You have time to end of year. After that, my brother - lawyer will file a fraud case.

I emailed them the day the game was released regarding this issue, and I am quite astonished by the poor performance of their customer support team. I understand they are busy, but this level of support quality is simply unacceptable. What frustrates me is that I received a response asking me to add a screenshot of something, which I did, along with additional information to prove the validity of my claim. Now, however, I have not received any further communication and its been days.
Same issue for me. All recent and older twitch drops are on the poe1 account. Poe2 on Steam defaults to a new account while on the standalone client for poe2 using the same email it uses the old account but tells me that this account has no access to poe2 ea. Relinking the twitch account to the new poe2 account doesn't transfer the drops.
I linked my Twitch to my PoE account before I realized that your PoE and PoE 2 accounts are completely seperate. After I realized that I unlinked my account and linked the correct one. I even unlinked and re-linked PoE to Twitch and even though its for a seperate "account" on PoE, Twitch still shows that the account is linked and that the drops have been claimed. I wouldn't be as upset if I only lost time in watching for the drops but I purchased 2 subs and really wanted the pet. I re-downloaded PoE because I was curious to see if somehow the rewards got sent there and sure enough, there they are. Please if anyone from the support team sees this, can you try to help me. I know without a doubt you guys are busy but it's really unfortunate that it doesn't tell you what account you are linking and you watch for PoE 2 drops and can't even get them. Especially when I don't play PoE now.
