It seems the common problem is we all use ATT. I use NordVpn and now I am fine running it. Hope it can get resolved.

Im in canada using telus fibre and I get the same thing, downloading vpn now.

Tried NordVPN, connected to several EU countries but the i had the same issues. High ping every few seconds then normal again.

I'm downloading the GGG client to see if there's any difference

Ive now tried a vpn with multiple servers, every single video option, multiple different game servers. edited the config file to predictive networking. Nothing has made a difference. Used the steam version and standalone version.

I had same exact issue with POE1 and going into game setting and setting to predictive worked, we dont have that option in POE2 for whatever reason.

+1 Same The latency is normal fps normal but insane stutter occurs after death wen you return to checkpoint restarting the game seem to fix it

the one from where i work :D

I am also having this issue and using a VPN did not fix it (used VeePN). Tried connecting to multiple different VPN servers. I ran a winMTR and his was the results I got.

I would very much appreciate any info on how to fix this.

Thought editing the INI file would help, it did for like 10minutes and then I was back to having lag spikes.
