POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

yeah ill have to post a +1.. im having the same issue often on loading screen my whole pc freeze and i can't even open task manager to close the game i have to hard reset. please fix this..

This has to be the single most pathetic response by a developer to a problem that I can recall. Months of hard freezing PCs. Months of zero communication. Every streamer still kissing the ring. No one looking out for the people experiencing this literal-game breaking issue.

Couldn't agree more. We're now a week out from 60 days since EA was released and there has been absolutely zero meaningful communication concerning this. It makes it appear as if they are convinced it's not even a real issue nor worthy of having any resources allocated toward resolving it. This is a terrible look.

streamers didn't update their Windows, everything works just fine after rollback to Windows 11 23H2

still no solution , crash report didn't work if crash is before savelog log file
no help
i asked refund + bad evluation to make GGG react and give us response
asked steam to put pressure

let's do it same
more we are more it will change


i'm sure GGG is waiting about microsoft to fix and do nothing
but when reading all post we all know thats not only 24H2

When was the last windows update? I had no problem until around two weeks ago. This was about the time that I changed keybord(Corsair K70) and installed iCUE. Far fetching i know, getting desperate.

Probably this is one of those deep game core bugs that needs a full rewrite of the module that handles I/O and threads and takes like 2 full months of that one guy to find/fix/test and they're just ashamed to admit it lol.

I had this bug and i've been ticking on/off multithreading before any map loading to avoid crashing. They've should made an official workaround to disable multithreading on loading for people with this bug.
