POE 2 Complete PC Freeze while loading screen

I can’t deal with all the trouble shooting anymore. I’ve thrown in the towel on trying to do a work around for this horrible problem. I have friends who are on windows 11 24H2 same version as me and they have no issues. But I crash at loading screens constantly and have to hard reset my pc. Really just a shame.

This also has been happening to me 2 weeks leading up to POE2 on POE1, and now on POE2.
It seems to deployed this most recent patch in which they said they worked to fix it, but now the problem is WAY WORSE. My PC froze on the first load screen I had THREE TIMES IN A ROW! Ridiculous CPU: Ryzen 7 5800 8-core GPU: RTX 3070 |

been trying loads of stuff the only thing working so far (2 hours no freeze) is directx11. terrible performance tho

I have the same issue and it started 3-4 days ago. My pc and all the parts are brand new, fresh windows install. This is unacceptable. Fix this and fast, it should be a priority.

started happening to me last month in both poe1 and poe2 after switching from Intel to AMD. Full freezes and only PC reboot helps. GGG, please let us know if there is any update on this.
