Path of Exile 2 - Ascendancy Classes in Early Access
What some people don't seem to realize about a minion centered Ascendancy:
if you have one, you need to balance all your minion skills around it. By not having one you can make Minions stronger at baseline and have them be viable on ALL Ascendancies. Yes, this is less intuitive, but ultimately a very good thing for diversity and viability of minion builds. Last edited by kagamul#7417 on Dec 4, 2024, 3:40:38 AM

" I understand this perspective and I hope it's how they're really planning to build things out but the negative side of that perspective is "I want to do a lot of cool, different, unique things with my minions" and outside of turning them into an infernal legion, I don't really see it. Of course we still need to see the passive tree and I still need to study the other ascendancies, it's just a really rough read for minion army transplants from PoE 1. |

50% increased effect of small passives is the most broken node in existence how is that a 4 pointer node it would be still giga broken if you could get it as the only node for 8 points

Any Titan gigachads?

Infernalist for minions seems super odd... If you get the Hellhound + Beidat's Will (+ Altered Flesh), you're left with 1 ascendancy that isn't worth investing anywhere.. No other single node seems worth gettting if we don't get a follow-up node that buffs it.
