SONY is responsible for the PSN MTX debacle?

REGARDING sony not allowing ANY mtx through to ggg is kinda bs... warframe did a cross progression update which also allowed mtx through and all plat purchases through to pc from psn except for psn exclusive skins. so if they really wanted to they probably could. NOT only that but they also included ZERO compensation for people swapping from psn to pc and losing hundreds of dollars worth of mtx. i dont even own a playstation anymore but i cant have any of my stash tabs or cosmetics when i play on pc and its BS, callous, petty and it proves GGG does not care about its player base.

oh i would also like to know how to contact sony about this issue and post about this on all their social media and videos.
