Can you swap your Ascendancy in Poe 2?

Gotta say, I am not a fan of this one. Especially while the balance gets changed so heavily and often.
I started playing and went infernalist, knowing that the "Beidat's hand" and "Beidat's will" ascendancy passives will work even with CI because they used the pre-CI HP values.
One week later I am locked into an ascendancy that is now useless for my build and gives me nothing but one additional (weak) summon, because both the ES and Spirit gain are now zero in combination with CI.
Not cool.

I also find it rather strange that they want the ascendency locked after a player has chosen. I mean, they have fixed the issue that made me stop playing PoE 1 which is the passive skill tree. Now we can change as much as we want as long as we have the coin.

In my opinion they should add a "Orb of Ascendency" that let's you chenge you ascendecy after using said orb.

The drop rate of said orb could be set to whatever value they want.

Please come with good ideas and they might pick one and add it to the game.
