" To some it might not be but as someone who has bought the top packs a few times I find this unacceptable. In no way did I ever ask for priority shipping that cost exuberant amounts of money. I order shit from China all the time and it's perfectly fine if it take a few weeks to get here. so i was looking on amazon at oled monitors and there was one at around $700 from the US, the tax on that amounts to an additional $500, let alone the delivery cost.
It's not unheard of, it's just a case of import tax, delivery insurance and speed of delivery (some people got there physical goods yesterday) Either that or you wait 6+ months Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

WHY remove the free shipping with 3-6month delay???
Ive bought multiple tshirt and hoodie packs in the past and never had a problem waiting months for the items to come cause I knew at one point they will come. Im all for being able to pay for faster shipping but this is stupid Mathils actual cat

" Probably because that delivery option had some serious issues with missing/lost items and people having to expect additional waiting time on top of that if the manufacturer has issues or item being stuck in customs. The legality on selling such a product gets pretty iffy at that point. Luckily we can replace the physical items with points. Sad that there are no cheaper shipping solutions but it is what it is. |

" The physical good was one of the selling point of the higher packs. I personally don't buy packs for the points, I usually just waste them on boxes anyway, I buy them to support the game development and the physical made it feel more worth. GGG really should have sorted supplier(s) with localized manufacturing to each economic region and as such keep shipping costs low and eliminate customs fees. What it seems like they did was just get a supplier that was beneficial to them and pass over any additional cost to the customer with no negotiations for good shipping solutions.
