you played the game for 9 years now, chars locked away.
did you play poe in the 9 years and can tell how it changed?

you're aware that "it's like game xxx" is the death to any game?
at least i don't wanna play a poe that's like game x, ggg were exceptional 12 years ago for having everything their own and logic way, NOT taking stuff from other games that has proven to not work.

eventually it's always about what folks do you wanna attract with your game, i'm not sure where you belong to. do you?

"Proven to not work". Auto pick up works very well. It's in my opinion one of the best features in LE. Why? They are just numbers. They don't have any meaning beyond their use and what meaning you additionally give them. It's the exact same thing here. For someone playing for almost 10 years, i don't know if you agree, but that seems like a huge fallacy that they still, somehow, "carry weight".

Now, if anyone had said that autopick up would help bots more than actual players, i would've understand and agreed. But that was never even mentioned. Instead it's just "it feels meaningless" rhetoric, which i also find to be extremely weak, mainly because, let's be honest here, do you remenber your first exalt? I do. Do i remenber my 10000th? No in the slightest. Should i care more about my 14th or 15th mirror sitting in my stash?

I'll be forth coming here: i hate shards, but i also enjoy Delirium, Legion, Breach and Harbinger. Letting them go is a huge loss of money, not that i need it and it's not the question either, i just hate to still be forced to pick up "less than 1c items". Delirium condensed it, and it was the best thing they did. Breach could as well. Legion and Harbinger could do with this idea.

Point is: After the shard drops, the only thing you lose is time picking it up. You don't gain more shards because it alredy dropped, you only lose time not having fun.

P.S.: My challenge count is low because f HC which is a huge bulk of the challenges and my characters are no ones business. Yes, i've killed all ubers. Never helped bandits either, believe it or not.
