Early Access Xbox

So we need to buy the Early Access on Xbox Store.Even if we bought it on the website!

here is another question.. How the coin combine together?

We need to connet xbox account to poe account? Or we just need to login with the poe account?
Yep, I wrote support again just to be extremely clear on the matter and one again, the answer I got was in order to play EA on console I had to purchase a Xbox key thru the Xbox store. So buying thru the website is not universal, it only pertains to the pc side apparently

I believe so, my account is tied to my xbox, so my purchase thru the website and Xbox should combine my coin on release….it worked out in a sense to be honest, the key I got for the steam side, I gave to a buddy of mine, so now we can play together on EA.
I bought my supporter pack on xbox. Do i need to buy another for pc?
As far as I have understood from reading other forum posts, and based on the FAQ. My understanding is that early access is not account specific, but rather platform specific. In that a supporter pack purchased on one platform (I.e., PC) is not considered the same as one purchased on a console platform (i.e., Xbox). Therefore you need to purchase EA on Xbox (in game on console) in order to get access to the client, even if you already purchased access for PC via the website. That being said, mtx is not platform specific, but account specific. So whether you play on Xbox or PC, you will have access to all the mtx of the sub-account which you are using. For example, in my case, I purchased the 480 pack on the website for play EA on PC, but as I sometimes play on XBox (with the wife), I will just purchase the 30 pack on Xbox in game for the EA. But whether I play on Xbox or PC, I will have access to all the mtx of the 480 pack (and any others on the sub account which i decide to use). I am not saying that I am 100% correct, but this is what I have understood so far. I have no problem with this personally, as I don't mind giving GGG another 30 euros, but I must admit that it was not clear at first. All the best fellow exiles, and see you in POE2! :)
From the email that I received from support, EA packs bought thru the website is for the pc side, if you play on console, you have to buy the EA pack thru their stores. Your account can be linked to pc and whatever console you play on, but purchases are platform specific and thru their individual stores.

Uh, I have another problem related to this.

I bought EA supporter pack via Xbox Store, but its contents have been added to my PC sub-account instead of the Xbox one. So now I have all my old MTX on Xbox account, but coins from EA pack on PC account. Neither account shows anything under early-access tab.

I was able to download PoE2 client on XBOX, so does that mean I do have Early Access? Add if I do, for which sub-account?

I tried to get this sorted with Support team 5 days ago, but haven't received any answer yet.

I assume that if you have client installed you should be ready to go. Especially if you select xbox subaccount here on the ggg page and check that subaccount settings -> poe2 ea page.

I bought initially ea pack on pc account which marked both pc and xbox as greenlighted for ea, but i had to buy suppack on xbox to be able to download and install client.

The third thing is that once you are logged you can select which subaccount you like to use. It works like that even for poe1 client right now

Hi there,

Just to clarify, when we mention you will need an "appropriate key" to play Early Access on console, we are referring to a key which comes with a purchase on the same platform you wish to play on.

For example, an Xbox player will need to make a Supporter Pack purchase on the Xbox Store to receive an EA key for this platform. Purchasing a Supporter Pack on our website will include an EA key for PC platforms instead.

Apologies for any confusion this may have caused.

Jonathan said during the reveal that if you've spent 480$ you get a key for the pc version. Does this mean i have to buy a separate key for xbox even if i reach the threshold?
I do not understand reasoning behind this. I though I bought access to poe2 for my account, which kinda means in poe2 it should also grant access on xbox since data/progress is now shared between platforms.

I wanted to play couch co-op with my wife and it seems like now I need to pay extra just for the client.

It is one thing when I *want* to pay more for amazing game (and I did purchase 100$ pack). It is completely different feeling when I *have* to pay extra because of questionable design decision.
