The probem isn't 21:9. PoE has always supported that ratio. The problem is 32:9, which PoE removed support for due to "unfair advantages", as far as I know, due to arrow range and aggro range.

You are the one person in this thread, that isn't pretending to not get it, and tells the truth about wide screens.

Hands down guys.
Please bring in support for super ultra wide 32:9
I just want to have the map overlay to the left so it isn't covering where my character is trying to do things. the widescreen fix allows that to happen.

But at the end of the day, i have a 49" monitor (great for working from home) and I want to be able to use it without black bars. Why is that bad?

I'll join you in echo: Please bring in support for super ultra wide 32:9

There's another thread going on with similar topic, I have added some screenshots there: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3732487/page/2#p25998208
GGG, please add native 32:9 support (borderless) - if its an advantage in coming competition modes, it can still be inaccesable for these specific modes.
I don't understand why anyone (including GGG) can call 32:9 cheating. If using it in a competition event, then yes it could be considered cheating IF it gives a person an advantage. But outside of that this game is a play solo game so the only unfair advantage would be against the user's self. In which case....who cares!

Personally I think GGG should have a ui "switch" that turns it on or off and whenever their is a competion event it must be off to join. Alternatively they could have an Ultrawide SC and HC server that allows it, but I doubt there is a big enough demand to do it.
