PoE2 Early Access

Does everyone get to play it, or is it reserved for the high rollers, whales and elite streamers?

Pretty straight forward. They said many times it will be like in 3.0 beta.
It's easy ethical money for them.

It is now confirmed that entry into the Early Access will be gained by purchasing a Supporter Pack (not yet available). The supporter pack(s) will contain an Early Access key.

There's no details on the pack costs yet, but I imagine they will be $30'ish.

Players who meet a lifetime spend threshold will also gain entry.

well that sucks...i was hoping we didnt have to buy a new pack. so when does everyone get to play it? another year after EA?

No idea. They'll be announcing the exact details in about a month.

if its a $30 pack then i might buy it but we need more info...how much of the game would we have access to? if its just the first few acts then its prob not worth it

That sucks? Seriously?

-POE 2 is years in the making and built around a proven concept, yet remains F2P.

-GGG is letting players keep all purchases made for POE1 in POE2

-As always, the support packs featuring the key to early access include the full value in coins, making the key and any included MTX basically free

-The support packs do exactly that, support the company.
You want a new game, with regular and high quality updates, and they will happily give it to you for free. You want early-access to that, well help them out.

I'll probably both meet the threshold and buy a pack for it.
