Because it is true, what knowledge do i need, if i can keep dying to defeat some boss or endgame boss, let alone uber bosses. I can easly make 1 BIL DPS build overtime and call it a day. Dumpster league SC, thats why HC will always be superior in economy and skill.
I can say without remorse, because i can see so many bragging posts from SC players making threads how easy is to get 40/40 challenges etc. Not to mention other stupidity. GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever. I think you should probably step down from your high HC horse and just respect that other people play the game differently from you. I used to only play HC back when the game was much smaller, I mean when a3 piety was the final boss, it made sense to be HC since there wasn't that much to do in the game. But once they started adding all of these huge leagues with multiple intricate bosses, you're simply going to fall behind in learning if you can't try them. I didn't even get to fight Elder until synth league because I kept playing HC and it was just too dangerous to bother with. Now HC doesn't seem to make sense unless you already practiced everything on SC, and you kind of can't, because they add so much new stuff with new leagues.

" I think the real issue with gold is that it only works when you are chaining "regular" maps. If you play a blight map strategy for example you are busted because you only get like 2k gold from a T16 blighted map. Same goes for Alva, Legion and the respawn part of Rituals. Even worse when you go with a Beyond, Breach or Delirium strategy because in those cases you don't get any gold at all. Forcing you to only play "regular" maps is plain bs in my opinion! " This guy has to be a troll. This is "I can beat up an oncoming car" levels of ignorance. (I think) Less people play hardcore because this game is all about exponential scaling. You can basically choose 20+ layers of difficulty that make the game 1000x more difficult than playing what his current/only hardcore character's capable of. Similarly, you can trade, farm and theory craft and then build characters that do just stupid damage that's even overkill for the most challenging content the game can offer. Hardcore in this game is not the same as it was in other ARPGs. Especially considering there's content there's no god damn way a hardcore character can play, without gear that's only available in standard SC trade. It's just not going to happen. I'm struggling to come up with new goals to keep me playing this game.
