I agree. T17 is the shittiest thing ever happened to POE. Absurdly stupid bonuses on everything with map mods that only can ruin the fun. No skill on micro-/macro. Make a build that can instakill 3 screens and youre good to go. Now your top 0.01% mega builds ruins the whole economy.

Maven chisels are pushing it a bit away from those horrible maps. Just cant get em either.

yea i been running t17 all this time cuz theres no point doing other content i will make 10 times less currency

no i spam t17 becuz its the most profitable thing to do by far theres no diversity anymore in farming strats like there was before t17 was added

Is there even a different between doing a t15 and a t16? i dont think there is... and for that matter a t1 and a t16?

I feel like i actually get more from lower tiers then i do higher but that might be because i suck and can do lower faster?

^ No there isn't, which is why its amusing whenever one of these pops up and immediately we get LUL IMAGINE FARMING T13 NOT 16 AND EXPECTING RESULTS OF COURSE SEVENTEEN BETTER

if what you are farming doesn't have ilvl restrictions its pretty much irrelevant, maps are tiered for a reason.

In the past you got far better results on a lower tier but superior layout the only reason that isn't a thing is you may as well make it a 16 anyway as it makes dropping said layout easier.

I don't really have a horse in this race though, I think T17s are poor design but it isn't really related to their drops its more how they fit in the gameplay cycle. Most of the scarab hate is FOMO and trade creating problems in players headspace when really they should just not care.

That is easy for me to say though I hate scarabs, I honestly preferred sextants. The current implementation for scarabs is one of the most brute force solutions i've ever seen, sloppy and graceless.

Yes, but you can't just start spamming t17s. You need to get rdy to do so and therefore farm non-t17 content.(unless you do non legit things, like rmt or cross trading)

Sextant were a problem though, because of a certain discord und the trade site being unable to provide proper bulk trade options. So the scarabs are a reasonable solution with some flaws maybe.

with those tears spilling in this thread you could supply salt to the US for a year easily.

Weren't t17s supposed to be unsustainable? Whatever happened to that?
