seems legit, good to see Neon on top of things and being candid. I could honestly see this league morphing into a swan

Synthesis is still honestly one of my all time banger leagues ... if we count Month 2 synthesis and ignore month 1.

I still have some of the coolest items I ever created in the game in my stash from that league. Crazy Endurance charge armours, a phys explody Gavel with huge phys damage that has spell dmg on it because I was trying to make a caster explody weapon and got a monster melee weapon.
Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
Can we get a 'league' item affinity, so I can assign Necropolis items to a quad tab in my stash?
I didnt even knew that chance to modifier have tiers: like +200% 500% chance to fire mods etc
I just asumed that mechanic is borked beyond repair when i crafted a scepter with:
+ 400 % chance to fire (200% x 2)
+ 1 explicit mod
resistance mods are 100% scarcer
life mods are 100% scarcer

and what i got was a scepter with not a single fire mod on it...just useless junk like:phys damage, lightning dmg, cast speed and chance to freeze.

No. PoE is supposed to be a hard ARPG, so the second there's a challenge that you can't just skip / wait till you have 1000 divine build to ignore everything, people whine

I'm with you that poe is supposed to be a hard ARPG, but with the skip you are completely wrong, are we playing the same game? XD


And is that fun? People only seem to interact with content if it's rewarding. If affliction wasn't rewarding no one would do it. Crucible was a skip by everyone except crafters. Sanctum was a skip for all melee. No comment on ancestor kalandra or sentinel as I was busy during those leagues.

My point is, league content shouldn't just be optional. Otherwise play standard. You should have to do content. I also don't like boss carries etc. But that's my opinion. That's why I play SSF cause I'm forced to interact with all content.
the players are the testers once again. @ me when the league is playable, might consider reinstalling

Seems like a good step in the right direction. The base game is in a great state so I've been enjoying my time but the league overall has been meh and I have been avoiding it as much as I can because it's a bit of a useless timesink at this point. Hopefully with all these changes it'll be better, I am looking forward to trying them out.
