My second time when Nameless Seer doesn't spawn. Now its happening in T16 Defiled Cathedral. 0 monsters remain.

Same issue here. Had it happen twice today. First time 1 mob remaining despite my friend and I going over every inch of the map (The rock golems at crossroads in act 2). Second time, the mob type didn't even show up at all (ancient constructs). ref# 1820947561

No nameless sear, monsters converted that I shouldn't have had converted. RIP mageblood SSF. every inch of the map was checked.

694958676, nameless seer not spawning on tropical island with 0 mobs left. I put him on an increase level of mod tile in the lantern interface, so maybe that has something to do with it?
