Mark "Neon" is a based gigachad god

Option to skip Necropolis is needed or all of these changes are for naught. Would be best to enable option per modifier with complete transparency as to risk/reward.

Did a Ctrl+F through that recent dev post for "melee" and found zero results.

Perhaps the gigachad god can bestow us with some wisdom on how to play a melee character that never stands still and never gets near melee range.

Also, please buff DD more so I don't have to look at my screen while playing.

Same as you do with every skil in the game that doesnt allow you to cast while moving (so pretty much anything other than Cyclone).
