melee is fine...as long as you dont play it

So that enduring cry you might have on your melee build is no longer instant... that's... horrible i guess? Totally justifies that 5 minute rant and all the bullshit pileing up in this forum.

Imagine that just because one method enables you to do something on easy mode doesnt make other method any less viable. Not everyone cares about achieving the goal in easiest, most efficient way. People play games FOR FUN.
If you can do everything on melee builds, it doesnt matter that other builds are easier. Wanna easy mode? Play meta builds.
