anyone have less than 5 keybinds on their mouse?

edit: I said 1982 ibm model m, it was actually 1985. my bad and sry.
second edit: split your focus, rely on whatever your dominant hand is
and have it do the most work, and the most precise work. if that hand
is your right hand, than it is usually your mouse hand. it can do more
than your left. in a game like counterstrike accuracy is the entire point
of the game. accuracy and response time. this is an arpg, your dominant hand
can do more than just "pull the trigger"

It feels more satisfying to press keys on a mechanical keyboard anyways over any cheap additional key on the mouse.

agnosis: diamond league sc2 player, top 85%. (have risen above this, usually close to it) we move fast. or we fall below. I used to naturally engage at
between 150 and 200 fapm (functional actions per minute.... spamming stuff
increases APM but not fapm. functional. do the same thing 25 times in a row
changing nothing? i'm not like MC. I'm more like idra. (cept for the rage.)

I fu.... love mech keyboards. nothing in my recognition has ever beaten
a 1982 ibm model m ps2 101 qwerty. they have NEVER bested it. steel series
can suck. m. d.

buckling spring keyboards are awesome as hell. and none of us are so fast
that we need a 90000hz refresh rate on our keyboards. we can easily live with
the far beyond human capacity refresh rate of ps2. why to 90,000 hz when 200 hz
is FAR beyond our capacity to react to.

1982 wins.

I have 2 extra buttons on my mouse, but don't use those. Only bind some aura or a golem to the middle mouse button sometimes
I have like 10 buttons on my mouse, but only use 3 - left click, damage and movement skill. The rest of my bindings are on keyboard.
I have like 10 Buttons on my mouse with double functionality, so around 20 in total if I wanted to.

But I usually just use 3-4. Left and right click obviously, thumb button for movement skills or logout macro and maybe one button for life or mana flask, but usually I activate those with my keyboard aswell.

Never been a huge fan of using many mouse buttons other than 1-2 thumb buttons. First I have a pretty large hand, so the positions of those buttons usually don't fit my hand very well and secondly I tend to cramp up my hand, so it decreases my overall accuracy.

Back in WoW I used more mouse buttons, because accurate clicks weren't as important. Most of the time u didn't have to click anything apart from changing the camera angle.

EDIT***: my premise was wrong, most people who have responded actually just
use a few mouse buttons, and mostly use the keyboard!

this being said, consider using more buttons on your mouse! not
calling you wrong, but i have missed a lot of options in my life,
this is a possible option you can use. some will like it, apparently
most dont care! thats fine too. if it works it works.

I was just wondering about the obvious. I've used a 6-7 button
mouse for about ten or fifteen years...

I bet 75% or more of us use such mice, and that some even use
those heavy handed WOW mice with like 15 buttons.

I dont see how its possible to play seriously with a two button mouse.

good point ;)

but I dont craft like serral,
and I dont work out like eddie hall.

no one does!

I wonder tho. I found it a huge advantage to have control
groups on my mouse (3 of them), I figured it was wider spread.
I pretty much always use 5 mouse buttons, though my general's cry build also uses many keys. I have to hold at least 4 buttons at all times, though now I'll need to hold 5 at all times with the left click gut.

Mouse
-Left click: molten shell - hold button
-Right click: cyclone for trigger - hold button
-Rear side click: leap slam
-Forward side click: ancestral warchief
-Scroll Click: Banner

Keyboard
-Then we have one flask - manually cast
-Blood rage
-Berserk - hold button
-Ancestral protector
-General's cry - hold button
-Stance change

Thank god they added the quality of life feature that now means I need to add another button to this. My build then only needs 12 buttons, 5 of which will be held down while playing content. Thank god they really think about these things.

I'm struggling to come up with new goals to keep me playing this game.

I have five on the mouse, the two primary clicks, two thumbs and the wheel imprint (one of which is move from old D1&2 habits), while still heavily using keyboard keys (flasks, some skills, etc).
I use a touchpad with no mouse buttons

When I'm able, I use a cheapo mouse with 2 buttons and no customization

I limit my builds accordingly, and pretty much only use my "mouse" for movement. All auras go on ctrl skillslots. I stay away from blessings, and automate as much as I can in every build.

Never had any problems
